At Thousand Oaks Family Dentistry, our phones are always on. You will never be forwarded to an answering machine (directly) or a call center. If you dial our office number, a staff member’s phone will ring. This holds true whether its 10am on a Tuesday or 7pm on a Saturday.
After hours callers will typically encounter our office manager, Michael. He brings years of knowledge to your dental concerns and questions. We will always do our best to answer and attend to your emergency needs, no matter what time. However, please understand that our response times will be slower for late night and early morning calls.
