At our Thousand Oaks office, we perform regular dental cleanings (dental prophylaxis) on hundreds of satisfied patients every month. In general most patients are seen every 6 months for a routine checkup and cleaning. All cleanings are performed by a licensed hygienist and include checkup X-rays (if necessary) and oral cancer exams. We will also take time to go over your home hygiene habits to make sure you are taking proper care of your teeth. At the end of your appointment, Dr. Kari Ann Hong will perform a short exam to make sure your teeth look healthy and clean.
